The evening’s menu features grilled NY strip steak crostinis, Parmesan & Old Bay roasted oysters, fried oyster skewers, blue crab mac & cheese, and a slider station with fried chicken and fried oyster sliders with chips.
Best of all, 100% of ticket proceeds benefit Oyster Recovery Partnership. For more than 30 years, ORP has been putting oysters to work for the Chesapeake Bay, planting billions of oysters and rebuilding thousands of acres of reef to create cleaner water and healthier habitat.
