PUBLIC FISHERY SOS VENDOR REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Oyster Recovery Partnership (ORP) is seeking qualified remote-setting aquaculture facilities to produce and plant Crassostrea virginica Spat-on-Shell (SOS) onto selected public areas for commercial fishery harvest, requested by the county oyster committees, throughout the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay.

We are seeking applications for required vendor qualifications along with bids on proposed SOS projects for 2025. Please access this request here.

Applicants must agree to and comply with the policies and requirements included in ORP’s General Services Agreement and DNR’s General Conditions for MOUs.  

Application Due Date: Friday, April 25, 2025

Applications missing any required components will be disqualified. All vendor requirements must be met by the time of application submission.
